Our pricing is based on a per square foot basis. Prices includes all materials except for paint.
Wall Painting
$1.50 sq ft
Depends on wall condition & number of coats.
Ceiling Painting
$1.25 sq ft
Higher ceilings may increase costs.
Accent Wall
$100
For all accent walls unless wall is over 100 sq ft, then will be charged per square foot.
Windows
$30
Per window, includes trim, frame & sill.
Trim/Baseboards
$1.00 per linear ft
Includes sanding & semi gloss finish.
Doors
$50
May depend on condition of doors.
Dry Wall Repairs
$50 - $75
Per small to medium patch.
Cabinet Painting
$30
Per unit & includes light sanding, priming, and painting.
