Our Services
Our pricing is based on a per square foot basis. Prices include all materials except for paint and primer. We do always keep our trusted brand of primer on hand (Bulls Eye from Home Depot) ready to use for your project if that’s the option you choose! If we provide the primer an extra $.30 will be added to our price per square foot. If you provide the primer then the prices below will stay the same.
Wall Painting
$1.50 sq ft
Depends on wall condition & number of coats.
Ceiling Painting
$1.25 sq ft
Higher ceilings may increase costs.
Accent Wall
$100
For all accent walls unless wall is over 100 sq ft, then will be charged per square foot.
Windows
$30
Per window, includes trim, frame & sill.
Trim/Baseboards
$1.00 per linear ft
Includes sanding & semi gloss finish.
Doors
$50
May depend on condition of doors.
Dry Wall Repairs
$50 - $75
Per small to medium patch.
Cabinet Painting
$30
Per unit & includes light sanding, priming, and painting.
